How to Submit your Offer Via Etendering

| Overview : Dear Bidder, kindly follow the instructions and other requirements from the attached Invitation to Bid-ITB and submit your Offer by the established date and time. Note that the event will automatically close when the set time is reached. Interested Bidders should review the attached documents and submit their offers via ATLAS Etendering. Please Note: It shall remain the bidders responsibility to ensure that your quotation is submitted on or before the deadline indicated by UNDP in the e-Tendering system. Bids must be submitted in the online e-Tendering system in the following link: https://etendering.partneragencies.org using your username and password. If you have not registered in the system before, you can register now by logging in using username: event.guest password: why2change and follow the registration steps as specified in the system user guide. If you have already registered before, sign in using the username and password. Use the “forgotten password” button if you do not remember your password. Make sure that your password has at least 8 characters, at least one in capital letters, and contains at least 1 number. |
Please note that this procurement process is being conducted through the online tendering system of UNDP. Bidders who wish to submit an offer must be registered in the system.
