Dear Bidders, 

We kindly request you to submit your Proposal for the National Financial Health Survey of Malaysia​.

The purpose of this RFP is to appoint one survey agency for conducting national financial health survey of adults in Malaysia. The survey will include measures of financial health, financial literacy, financial behavior, experience and attitude, financial inclusion, income and expenditure, employment, individual and household characteristics, socio-economic environment, individual mental and physical health, and relevant SDGs.

The national financial health survey is conducted to create valid and reliable tools for measuring and understanding the current state of financial health of Malaysian adults, particularly the vulnerable segments- low-income, women, youth, small holder farmers, microentrepreneurs, and gig workers.

Please be guided by the form attached hereto as Annex 2 & 3 in preparing your Proposal. 

Note: Financial Proposal is required to be separated from Technical and password protected. 

Do ensure that the financial proposal is separated with password protected. 

Proposals may be submitted on or before Monday, 21 March 2022 (11:59PM, GMT 8+) and via email to the address below:
