| Overview : UNDP Vietnam is seeking for 15 National individual consultants (trainers on community based disaster risk management) for “Improving the resilience of vulnerable coastal communities to climate change related impacts in Viet Nam” project . The trainers will coordinate with the Viet Nam Disaster Management Authority, the UNDP, and other stakeholders to carry out the CBDRM training program for 137 communes in six project provinces in 2022. The Training Consultants will be provided with technical assistance, coordination, and support from the UNDP and VNDMA to carry out the trainings for the technical support groups and community groups established by CPCs at commune level. Interested offerors are invited to submit Letter of Interest and Availability, CVs, sample reports, financial proposal and other information following guidance in the Procurement Notice to bid.submission.vn@undp.org
with notification by email (without attachment) to: procurement.vn@undp.org that the bidder has submitted proposal. UNDP will not be responsible for the missing of proposal if the bidder does not send notification email to above address.
