Overview :

UNDP is inviting all interested civil society organizations, with an experience in jobs creation and employment, in the areas relevant to the programme, to submit an expression of interest in accordance with the guidelines hereby provided

The purpose of this call is to identify IPs with capacity and mandate to engage in the implementation of interventions under the Employment/Job Creation Programme (2022-2025).
The main output for this assessment process is to select qualified organizations who can engage in the implementation of the employment/job creation programme.
Consequently, the success of any IP in the capacity assessment does not imply any obligations on UNDP to engage in any contractual agreement with this IP. Interested organizations should provide their expression of interests (along with all required documents) with the full understanding that obtaining high scores in this process does not constitute a financial or legal commitment on behalf of UNDP to engage in any contractual agreements with shortlisted organizations.
UNDP will determine the cooperation agreements based on workplans for 2022-2025, the availability of funds, the level of experience and readiness of the NGOs, and their comparative advantage related to geographic outreach and specialization

The UNDP will determine the cooperation agreements based on the relevant expertise of the selected IPs and sectors targeted by the programme. The sectors will include the following:
Agriculture.
Infrastructure.
Private sector, including trade and industry.
Services sector.
Public health.
Education sector.
Other Public services.
ICT sector.
The applicant NGOs are expected to clearly indicate the sector(s) that they have relevant expertise in and for which they are applying. Applicants can consider one or several sectors, as part of their application.

The closing date and time for receiving expression of interest applications is:
1500 hours (Jerusalem time) on 10 April 2022
All soft copies of the application shall be sent to the email: proc10.papp@undp.org
All hard copies of the applications must be delivered in a sealed envelope to the following address on or before this date and time. Applications received after the above deadline will not be considered.
