Overview :

UNDP Bangladesh request you to submit your quotation for Hiring an Event Management Firm to arrange Venue, Food and logistics for the Nutrition and Health Hygiene campaign in four districts of SWAPNO project, UNDP kindly requests your quotation for the provision of goods, works and/or services as detailed in Annex 1 of this RFQ. Quotations must be submitted on or before April 06, 2022, by 04:30 PM (Bangladesh Time) through an online e-Tendering system in the following link:

using your username and password. If you have not registered in the system before, you can register now by logging in using

and follow the registration steps as specified in the system user guide. Your Quotation must be expressed in the English, and valid for a minimum period of 90 days.

Correction in Quantity (ref: page 09 of RFQ document) under ANNEXURE-3 TECHNICAL AND FINANCIAL OFFER – GOODS. The quantity of batch will be 30 instead of 202.
