| Overview : The purpose of this procurement exercise is to contract an individual consultant who aims to (1) support the development of the UNDP-wide People Plan aligned with the newly adopted Strategic Plan, 2022-2025 and provide recommendations on the Plan implementation through the existing and new mechanisms; and (2) establish the methodology and guidance for Business Unit-specific People Plans, as well as the methodology and process guidance for the assessment of people implications of major corporate and county-specific strategies and cooperation frameworks.
