Overview :

Dear Sir/Madam,

United Nations Development Programme Pacific Office kindly invites you to the tender for construction of Emergency Operations Center buildings in Majuro (Lot 1) and Ebeye (Lot 2), the Republic of the Marshall Islands. If you are interested in this bidding, please kindly review tender terms and conditions described in the solicitation document attached hereafter.

When preparing your proposal, please be guided by the Instructions and Bid Data Sheet. Note that proposals must be submitted using the returnable bidding forms and uploaded to eTendering as per instructions below.  DO NOT LEAVE the upload of your submissions to the last day.  Emailed submission (of proposals) will not be considered.  It is your responsibility to ensure that your proposal is submitted on or before the deadline.

Kindly note to download the UNDP General Terms and Conditions for contracts from this notice for your information and agreement when submitting your proposal. Complete tender package including Design documents, Drawings, Technical specifications can be downloaded from the e-Tendering system under E-Tendering event ID:  ITBJPN0122.    

SITE VISIT                                                   

Site inspections will be allowed. Potential proposers can visit the sites between 05 April – 27 April 2021, from 9 AM to 5 PM (GMT+12).  Potential proposers must contact the below-mentioned focal person for site visits at least two (2) days in advance and not later than 5 days before tender closure date.

Alternatively, UNDP can provide video/photo materials of the sites based on written request submitted to the focal points mentioned below.
