Dear Bidder,

The UNDP Somalia Country Office requires the services of an individual Contractor to perform the work described in the Terms of Reference attached in the UNDP eTendering system under this Event ID and, hereby invites you to submit an offer for this assignment.

Applications must be submitted electronically via the UNDP eTendering system at: https://etendering.partneragencies.org by or before the submission deadline displayed on the main screen of this Event in the eTendering system.

Please note the UNDP eTendering system time zone is in EST/EDT (New York) time. The system will automatically lock out late bids.

To assist you in understanding the requirements of this assignment, we have attached the following documents under this Event ID in the UNDP eTendering system.

The Individual Consultant Procurement Notice and its three Annexes:

• Annex-1: The Terms of Reference for this assignment

 • Annex 2: The General Conditions of Contract for the Services of an Individual Contractor.

• Annex 3: The standard Letter of Confirmation of Interest and Availability, which you must complete and submit to UNDP together with documents requested therein.

Please note that you can only access the full Procurement Notice under this Event after login on the UNDP eTendering system.
