| Overview : UNDP Vietnam is seeking for 01 National Consultant to support to Digital Transformation of Public Administration and Health Services for Building Forward Better from COVID-19 in Viet Nam (Ref: T220402) Objectives: The objective of this assignment is to recruit a national consultant to conduct an evaluation of the grassroots telehealth in general in Viet Nam, and the “Doctor for everyone” supported by UNDP in cooperation with Electronic Health Administration/Ministry of Health and implemented in 03 provinces including Ha Giang, Bac Kan and Lang Son in particular.
