| Overview : United Nations Volunteers ( UNV) is looking for Technical support/expert on mapping of Quantum security rights to functional roles As a result of this assignment, it is expected to develop a document outlining mapping of the Quantum Security Rights in IDAM to the existing functional roles in UNV. In detail, it is expected that the incumbent: In detail, it is expected that the incumbent: - Develops and documents a decentralised model of managing accesses for Quantum users at UNV in close cooperation with UNV ICTU as well as Quantum Project Team and UNDP ITM as required;
- Understands UNDP’s ICF which forms the basis for ARGUS and aligns new Quantum User profiles in IDAM to existing Atlas user profiles;
- Understands the fundamental concept of minimum segregation of duties as spelled out in UNDP ICF;
- Identifies the Quantum Business Profiles/Roles to meet the business requirements for segregation of business functions, controls, flexibility, and future scalability according to Quantum modules (e.g. AP Processor, Voucher approver, Pay cycle processor, Pay cycle approver, etc.);
- Designs System Process Flow of a user profile request – new user/ modifies/ delete;
- Actively participates in testing and provides functional support for developing test scenarios and documentation and performing validation.
