The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit a Bid to this Invitation to   Bid (ITB) for the above-referenced subject.

If you are interested in submitting a Bid in response to this ITB, please prepare your Bid in accordance with the requirements and procedure as set out in this ITB and submit it by the Deadline for Submission of Bids set out in Bid Data Sheet.

Please acknowledge receipt of this ITB by sending an email to procurement.mozambique@undp.org , indicating whether you intend to submit a Bid or otherwise. You may also utilize the “Accept Invitation” function in eTendering system, where applicable. This will enable you to receive amendments or updates to the ITB. Should you require further clarifications, kindly communicate with the contact person/s identified in the attached Data Sheet as the focal point for queries on this ITB.

Questions and Anwers to bidders:

1. We are interested in participating in your ITB/MOZ10/2022/007V2 for supply, installation and commissioning of racking system and bining equipment to beira medical warehouse (Sofala, Mozambique). As you surely understand there is a lot of work involved in preparing a competitive bid, hence we kindly request a postponement of the submission date by 3 weeks.

A:  We hereby acknowledge reception of your e-mail with request. Unfortunately, due to project life cycle we cannot further extend this process. We would be very interested in receiving your proposal, therefore do your best to submit by July 22nd, or sooner.
