Overview : Dear Sir / Madam: We kindly request you to submit your Proposal to strengthen UNDP’s results-based management (RBM) policies, procedures, tools and RBM Handbook. Please be guided by the form attached hereto as Request for Proposal document, in preparing your Proposal. Proposals may be submitted on or before Monday, July 25, 2022, via email to the address below: bpps.procurement@undp.org Your Proposal must be expressed in the English, and valid for a minimum period of 120 days Proposers must take into account the following: Both financial and technical proposals must be submitted as separate files and clearly marked as “TECHNICAL PROPOSAL” or “FINANCIAL PROPOSAL". Technical Proposal (Annex 2). Proposers must indicate the below in the e-mail subject box while submitting the Technical proposal and other documents related to this bid: SUBJECT: RFP/Effectiveness/RBM Update– TECHNICAL PROPOSAL Financial Proposal (Annex 3). Proposers must indicate the below in the e-mail subject box while submitting the Financial proposal (The financial proposal file must be encrypted with a password so that it cannot be opened nor viewed until the password is provided): SUBJECT: RFP/Effectiveness/RBM Update– FINANCIAL PROPOSAL In the course of preparing your Proposal, it shall remain your responsibility to ensure that it reaches the address above on or before the deadline. Proposals that are received by UNDP after the deadline indicated above, for whatever reason, shall not be considered for evaluation. To submit Proposals by email, kindly ensure that they are signed and in the .pdf format, not more than 8MB in size and free from any virus or corrupted files.
