| Overview : UNDP Vietnam is seeking for a National Firm/institution/organization to develop work plan and operation guidelines of the Viet Nam Circular Economy Hub (CE Hub). The overall objective of this assignment is to develop work plan and operation guidelines of the Viet Nam Circular Economy Hub (CE Hub). Then the guidelines and standard operating procedures of the CE Hub will be shared to other countries as a good example of how Viet Nam could drive CE agenda forward.
