Overview :

Dear Sir / Madam:

We kindly request you to submit your quotation for “Hiring firm for Renovation works (Supply, fitting, fixing and commissioning) for SWAPNO and WING Project, Ground Floor IDB Bhaban, Agargaon, Dhaka.” in Annex 1 of this RFQ. When preparing your quotation, please be guided by the form attached here to as Annex 2. Quotations must be submitted on or before August 14 2022 by 04:30 PM (Bangladesh Time) through online e-Tendering system in the following link: https://etendering.partneragencies.org using your username and password. If you have not registered in the system before, you can register now by logging in using

username: event.guest

Password: why2change

and follow the registration steps as specified in the system user guide. Your Quotation must be expressed in the English, and valid for a minimum period of 90 days. You are kindly requested to indicate whether your company intends to submit a Quotation by clicking on “Accept Invitation” in the system (for e-tender submission).

This Request for Quotation comprises the following documents:

Annex 2: Quotation Submission Form

When preparing your quotation, please be guided by the RFQ Instructions and Data. Please note that quotations must be submitted using Annex 2: Quotation Submission Form and Annex 3 Technical and Financial Offer, by the method and by the date and time indicated in Section 2. It is your responsibility to ensure that your quotation is submitted on or before the deadline. Quotations received after the submission deadline, for whatever reason, will not be considered for evaluation.

Please note that this procurement process is being conducted through the online tendering system of UNDP. Bidders who wish to submit an offer must be registered in the system.
