| Overview : UNDP Lesotho seeks proposals from interested Civil Society Organisations (CSO, i.e. not-for-profit entities such as NGOs, community-based organizations, youth associations, and academic institutions) to conduct or facilitate a range of substantive development activities under the Lesotho / UN National Security Sector Reform for Peacebuilding Project, between October 2022 and March 2023. The successful CSO will be engaged through a Responsible Party Agreement The aim of this proposal is to build communities’ capacity for conflict resolution and strengthen community consultation in the sector. The objectives of this proposal are to conduct community training on conflict management and peacebuilding; conduct community workshops on human rights in the context of the security sector, and organize community consultations and outreach activities on behalf of other organizations. Interested CSOs should submit a technical and financial proposal in accordance with the modalities listed in the ToR.
