Interested individual consultants must submit the following documents/information to demonstrate their qualifications. - Cover letter, including a) a brief description of why the individual considers him/herself as the most suitable for the assignment;
- Letter of Confirmation of Interest and Availability and Financial Proposal using the template provided in Annex II. Financial Proposal to be submitted in US Dollars (USD)
- Personal CV, indicating all past experience from similar projects, as well as the contact details (email and telephone number) of the Candidate and at least three (3) professional references
2. Proposal Submission - All proposal shall be clearly marked as Individual Contractor – Gender Specialist and TOR Reference: FJI-0000199001
- Proposal should be submitted by email to pso.bids@undp.org no later than 23rd November 2022 (Tuvalu Time) at 11.59pm.
- Bidders are advised to strictly adhere to the bid closing date and time as stipulated above.
- UNDP reserves the right to disqualify any late bid submission.
- All submission shall comply with Procurement Notice and Terms of Reference (TOR) requirements. Proposal not complying with instructions will be rejected and further evaluation will be conducted.
