| Overview : The United Nations Capital Development Fund (UNCDF) is planning to undertake a LoCAL Workshop, LoCAL Board and High Level Ministerial Event in Brussels, Belgium. LoCAL is UNCDF’s Local Climate Adaptive Living (LoCAL) Facility designed to serve as a mechanism to integrate climate change adaptation into local governments’ planning and budgeting systems, increase awareness of and response to climate change at the local level, and increase the amount of finance available to local governments for climate change adaptation. LoCAL is hosted by UNCDF, the United Nations’ capital investment agency for the world’s least developed countries (LDCs). It creates new opportunities for poor people and their communities by increasing access to inclusive finance and investment capital. At the recommendation of UNDP in your country, we are hereby those interested to make an offer for this particular requirement.
