| Overview : Following the National Multi-Stakeholder National Dialogue Plenary II in November 2019, Lesotho committed to wide-ranging national reforms including in the security sector. In 2020, Lesotho and the United Nations agreed to a National Security Sector Reforms for Peacebuilding Project (NSSRPP). The project came to life in 2021 and began supporting a wide range of objectives and activities related to SSR. UNDP now seeks a local consultant to monitor and assess the degree of implementation and impact of the NSSRPP.
