Overview : UNDP is looking for a National Consultant to conduct a study of development of the evaluation indicators against the implementation of the Convention of the rights of persons with disabilities in Viet Nam. The objective of this assignment is to support for development of the evaluation indicators against the implementation of CRDP in Viet Nam. The assignment will be carried out by a national consultant. The successful individual is expected to be responsible to review, identify the requirement and obligation of the CRDP member states; identify objectives, indicators and tasks to be implemented to monitor, evaluate and report against the CRPD, and develop evaluation indicators against the implementation of CRDP in Viet Nam, with the following general tasks: - Take ultimate responsibility for the final products
- Take the lead in discussions and responsibility for the whole process of the assignment with UNDP and the MOLISA Legal Department
- Keep close contact with UNDP and MOLISA Legal Department during the process of implementation of the assignment.
