| Overview : Dear Service Providers/Construction Companies, You are kindly invited and requested to confirm your interest in the attached RFQ and further confirm by return mail your availability to undertake a Site-Visit Mission to the Small Miners Areas (Erongo Region) Destinations and Exact Locations as outlined in Annex 2, Terms of Reference/Specifications of this documentation during the week of 28/11/2022 - 02.12.2022 by return mail; subsequently submitting your quotation – PROVISION OF ITEMS FOR SMALL-SCALE MINERS/ Supporting SSMs to implement recommendations made in the EMP at Otjakatjongo, as per the Request for Quotations document. Posted on the UNDP Procurement page as well as follows; Please confirm Site visit availability by, 25 November 2022, COB. Site Visit Programme: The trip will take 3 days - 28 November travel to Uis(Overnight in Uis),
- 29 November (Uis to Xoboxobos conduct site visit). From Xoboxobos to Omaruru etc. We should at least be at Xoboxobos by 8am. Just incase there are bidders that may not be willing to overnight on the 28th ,they should be informed to be in Uis by 6:30 am (29th November) to depart Uis for Xoboxobos.
- 30 November (Omaruru to Omapyu and Otjakatjongo). Drive back to Windhoek same day.
