| Overview : UNDP is looking for a National consultant to develop a guidance document on responsibilities of the communal people’s committees in providing legal aid information and referral service. The objective of this assignment is to develop a technical document in a simple and friendly user format is developed to increase knowledge of the communal people’s committees and its justice officers on the rights to legal aid, their responsibilities for providing legal information to legal aid beneficiaries and referring those eligible to legal aid service to provincial legal aid centers. The assignment will be carried out by a national consultant. He/She is expected to be responsible to produce the technical document with the following general tasks: - Take ultimate responsibility for the final products
- Take the lead in discussions and responsibility for the whole process of the assignment with UNDP and National Legal Aid Agency (hereinafter referred to as the Agency)
