| Overview : The purpose of this procurement exercise is to contract an individual consultant who will work as the Custom’s Tax Expert is to support the Tax Inspectors Without Borders (TIWB) Initiative. TIWB is a joint initiative of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) launched in 2015 to support developing countries strengthen national tax administrations. Accordingly, this procurement exercise is to hire a consultant who is an industry specialist in the customs sector to work on a specialized assignment, including to join our tax experts.
