| Overview : UNDP Vietnam is seeking for 01 national firm/organization/institution/NGO for Case Study on “Advancing a human rights-based approach to climate change actions: a case study in Mekong Delta region in Viet Nam”. With the overall objective of offering a human rights lens to develop analytical understanding of intersecting inequalities in the context of climate change and ensure human rights protection of vulnerable people, this research is expected to achieve specific objectives below: - Shed light on the current vulnerability and risks to human rights enjoyment of populations in Mekong Delta region in the context of a specific climate change impact
- Point out gaps in current national policy responses to this particular impact to ensure the human rights protection of populations in Mekong Delta region
- Recommend ways to incorporate a human rights-based approach in the response policy-making process in this context (and in Viet Nam’s climate policies to address human rights risks induced by climate change in general)
