| Overview : UNDP Vietnam is seeking for 01 National Consultant to develop a training manual on civil status registration for the vulnerable populations (Ref: T221201) Objectives A training manual in simple, and friendly user format is developed to increase knowledge for local justice officers of applying regulations of civil status registration for people in general and for the children of Vietnamese persons and foreigners and for Vietnamese women in marriage relations who return to live in Vietnam.
