| Overview : UNDP Vietnam is seeking for 01 national firm/organization/institution to set up MRF fund to kick-off plastic waste collection and setup of 02 sites for collection and communication, located inside the city. The overall objectives of the assignment are to: - Set up a MRF fund and kick of the use of fund for the collection of plastic wastes from potential sources in Quy Nhon City as the MRF’s inputs, aiming to collect at least 2 tons per day
- Establish network of informal workers to collect and transport plastic wastes to the MRF and develop readiness plan to maintain and to expand this network for the MRF’s operation
- Set up at least 02 centers located inside the city, for collection of plastic waste/recycle material and communication
