2. Deliver the goods to CHEGA National Center, address in Antigo Comarca Balide, Avenida de Balide, Dili, Timor-Leste by 14 February 2023.
The purpose of this notice is to provide general information on the requirements for the procurement process and to inform interested suppliers how to obtain a copy of the Solicitation Documents.
Interested companies who wish to participate in the OIC must request for a complete set of Solicitation Documents, available free of charge, from UNESCO contact person at the address shown below. Your Electronic Bid (e-bid) submitted through email should reach following email address of edjak.itb@unesco.org no later than 18 Janaury 2023, 23:00 Jakarta Time (GMT+7) in strict compliance with the instruction as stipulated in the Solicitation Documents. Please quote UNESCO reference number in all correspondence, including the email subject: JAK/ITB/22/ED/003 – “Procurement of Goods for CHEGA National Center at Antigo Comarca Balide, Avenida de Balide, Dili, Timor-Leste". UNESCO reserves the right to amend the documents at any time during the solicitation process. Any amendments or clarifications will be communicated directly to all Bidders who have requested for a complete set of solicitation documents and officially confirmed their intention to submit a sealed tender.
