| Overview : In this RFI, the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), intends to identify potential suppliers for the supply and delivery of Conference room displays with corresponding equipment. This RFI will be a part of the market research aiming to identify service providers for the above-mentioned services and shall be conducted at NO COST TO THE UNITED NATIONS. Suppliers may be requested, as a part of this RFI, to present to UNDP their product. This announcement is a Request for Information (RFI) - not a solicitation for offers and, accordingly, no contract will be awarded based on this announcement. No reimbursement will be made for any cost associated with providing information in response to this announcement or any follow-up information requests. There is no solicitation available currently. Your responses, because of this announcement, shall focus on providing recommendations for the requirements as detailed in the attached Specific Requirements Document. Information provided in the RFI may be used by UNDP in acquisition documents. UNDP appreciates your participation in this market research and emphasizes that this efforts for planning purposes only. Responses will not be treated as proposals; however, they may be used to create any subsequent Request for quotation (RFQ), Request for Proposal (RFP) / Invitation to Bid (ITB).
