| Overview : UNDP is looking for 02 national Experts to develop a set of regulations and procedures on direct lending modalities of Small and Medium Enterprise Development Fund (SMEDF). Overall, the Experts are expected to (1) propose a model of direct lending to SMEs that is suitable for the Fund from the references and surveys; (2) develop regulations on direct lending activities; and (3) develop the order and procedures for direct lending activities in order to concretize the work, how to perform the steps of the Regulation of direct lending for the Board of members, the Director General and the assisting apparatus of the SMEDF.
