| Introduction : SCOPE OF TENDER: The Service Provider will work to implement the programmatic workplan of the project, driving research, accessing data and policy analysis, as well as facilitating consultations and dialogue with government and other stakeholders:- - Function as a member of the Green Economy Consultant Team(s), giving sound technical input for the development of its deliverable workplans, stakeholder engagement plan etc.
- Conduct literature and data research, as well as develop an engagement Plan for consultations, dialogue and gaining buy-in from all counterparts, including a stock take of available literature, action plans and other requirements to complete the assignment.
- Undertake and facilitate activities e.g., meetings, consultations, focus group discussions, at project and organizational levels with the participating UN Agencies and key stakeholders with domestic and international public and private organizations.
- Develop an economic model that can be used to analyse baseline for green economy as well as simulate policy impacts
- Prepare the deliverables in the form of reports and one policy dialogue, for deliberations and acceptance by stakeholders.
