Assessment of the capacities for the development and use of digital platform for Telemedicine and mHealth The major objective of the task is to conduct the assessment of capacities for the development and use of digital platform for Telemedicine and mHealth in Montenegro in order to lay the foundation for further digital transformation of healthcare system and human-centred design approaches in interventions for increasing usability, enhancing user experience and facilitating long-term adoption of resilient and sustainable digital healthcare system.
