Introduction : Recruitement of firm for Implementation of three national digital platforms for the planning, tendering and monitoring of mini-grid programs. Type of Contract: International firm Duration: 6 months Objectives The objective of this assignment is to implement national digital platforms for the planning, tendering and monitoring of mini-grid infrastructures and programs in the three (3) Liptako-Gourma countries, namely Burkina Faso, Mali, Niger. These platforms will act as digital convening platforms for key stakeholders, monitoring and evaluation platforms for operational mini-grids in the country, and financing platforms for running tenders and facilitating the verification of results for payments through Results-Based Financing (RBF) schemes. An important second objective of this assignment is to build the capacity of national stakeholders in using these platforms and more generally in accelerating the uptake of digital tools to drive cost reduction and enhanced efficiency and transparency in the sector. Scope of work. The work expected in the scope of this assignment includes: The development and installation of digital platforms at national level in the three (3) Liptako Gourma countries (Burkina, Mali, Niger), and the training of relevant national stakeholders for the use of the platform. Where relevant, selected existing minigrid sites in the region will need to be onboarded onto the platform. The platform needs to be usable by the main national stakeholders involved in the mini-grid sector and be operational for at least 4 years. A pre bid meeting will be organized on 08/03/2024 online.
