L’objectif principal de cette consultation nationale est de mobiliser les services d’un cabinet d’audit pour conduire les visites de spot check (vérification ponctuelle) auprès des partenaires de mise en œuvre des activités. Dans le cadre HACT, les visites de Spot Check (vérification ponctuelle) sont effectuées pour évaluer l’exactitude des documents financiers relatifs aux remises d’espèces aux PE et l’état d’avancement du programme, ainsi que pour déterminer si les contrôles internes ont fait l’objet de modifications significatives. Les vérifications ponctuelles ne constituent pas des audits.
