Dear Bidders, 

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Country Office in Serbia invites offers from qualified suppliers for the Construction, crafts and services works on reconstruction of the administration building in Kneginje Ljubice 5 in Belgrade. Interested suppliers must submit their offer directly in the system following this link:   http://supplier.quantum.partneragencies.org using the profile you may have in the portal. Amendment : Amendment V refers to following: In accordance with applicable Fire regulation, it is mandatory that all materials on evacuation corridor must be non-combustible. Due to the above, the respective positions 1 and 2 from the sheet “1 Architectural part II”, subsection “XI. FLOOR-LAYING WORKS” have been removed. The above changes have been incorporated in the Negotiation requirement accordingly, i.e. “Form H Price Schedule Bill of Quantities Amended III” document has been uploaded into the system and replaces the previous version. In addition, due to the above, the deadline for the submission of bids is extended for an additional 2 calendar days, with the date and time for the deadline for submission of bids adequately adjusted in the Quantum system.
