| Introduction : Introduction: UNDP will work directly with the JASPO Secretariat delivering capacity building and possibly expanding the JASPO Secretariat team and operation, and facilitating improved collaboration among the existing multi-stakeholder structures of the JASPO Initiative. The intervention will also involve facilitating wider and deeper engagement with the oil palm production sector to promote uptake in the JA Initiative including uptake by smallholder farmers.
Country: Home-based, Malaysia with travels to/within Sabah, Malaysia Description of the Assignment: The Stakeholder Engagement Facilitator will bring process expertise to the work and lead the facilitation of multi-stakeholder engagement process through meetings, workshops, dialogues, and capacity building on multi-stakeholder collaboration. Period of assignment/services: 2 years (April 2024 – April 2026) with the possibility of extension up to 6 months depending on satisfactory performance.
