| Introduction : UNDP in Viet Nam is looking for a National Educational and training firm/organization on journalism to submit a Proposal for training sessions and develop a set of training or dissemination materials on journalism to combat discrimination against vulnerable groups. The activities aim to reduce discrimination based on gender, sexual orientation, and disability by changing the way media portrays these socially vulnerable groups in Viet Nam. Building on the “Handbook for journalists reporting on groups vulnerable to discrimination”, the two pilot training workshops and the training or dissemination materials seek to: 1. To build capacity of journalists to better promote human rights of vulnerable groups through sensitive and inclusive reporting, prevent the spread of misinformation in media, and to raise awareness on human rights issues in society. 2. To seek feedback from the journalists to enhance the “Handbook for journalists reporting on groups vulnerable to discrimination”.
