Introduction : The European Union Support to Inclusive Federalism (EUSIF) is a complementary support to the Government of Nepal’s national flagship programme, the Provincial and Local Governance Support Programme (PLGSP). EUSIF works closely with the Ministry of Federal Affairs and General Administration (MoFAGA), provincial and local governments (PLGs) in Karnali, the PLGSP and the Karnali-based civil society organizations to strengthen systems and processes of governing institutions with strong focus on gender and social inclusion, accountability, and sustainability. The project has following four result areas which, in their combined form, are meant to strengthen inclusiveness and effectiveness of LG service delivery, addressing the diverse needs of people, especially women, historically excluded and marginalized groups.
