| Introduction : The United Nations in Bonn (UN Bonn), represented by UNV, is soliciting proposals from duly qualified companies (hereinafter referred to as “Bidder”) for the provision of a suitable number of vending machines to be placed on the UN Bonn campus.
The United Nations campus in Bonn is currently home to 26 UN organizations, agencies, and convention secretariats, in their entirety referred to as UN Bonn with in average 1000 employees. The UN campus in Bonn also accommodates more than 5,000 visitors and approximately 13,000 - 15,000 conference participants each year.
The UN Bonn aim is to offer employees easy access to good quality coffee, a variety of different beverages and snacks inside each building and also outside regular café or office hours. We are not to lease or rent vending machines but rather offer the opportunity to suitable suppliers to place fully equipped machines on the UN Bonn campus. In addition, the qualified Bidder shall be in the position to offer the delivery of supply and maintenance services.
The contract is intended to be awarded for a total period of three years. The initial duration of the contract will be two years, with a possible extension for one additional year. Interested suppliers must submit their offer directly in the system as instructed in the solicitation document, following the instructions in the available user guide.
