| Overview : The UNDP Barbados and the Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS) is the process of seeking a Communication Consultant/or Firm to support the Youth Innovation (Youth-IN): A Caribbean Network for Youth Development project, in improving project visibility, outreach and advocacy across UNDP Networks, and within CARICOM Member and Associate States; organise outreach and advocacy events; identify greater opportunitites for greater visbility of project activities and outputs; and organise press conference and other media related coverage.
