Overview : You are requested to submit a Technical proposal for the design and optimal space utilization taking into account the UNDP’s standards and requirements for the newly proposed UNDP office as per the enclosed Terms of Reference (TOR).
Your offer comprising of Technical proposal ONLY in a sealed envelope should reach the following address no later than 24th October 2013 1600 hours. Technical Proposals should be sent through courier. By hand delivery is not acceptable.

Following technical qualification, shortlisted firms will be asked to send their detailed financial proposal. The technically qualified firm will also receive the existing floor plans along with the financial format. UNDP may arrange site visit for technically qualified firms.
If you request additional information, please write to procurement team at procurement.info@udnp.org. They will provide necessary information within due date. However, any delay in providing such information will not be considered a reason for extending the submission date of your proposal.
You are requested to acknowledge receipt of this letter and to indicate whether or not you intend to submit a proposal.
