Your offer, comprising of a Technical Bid and Price Schedule, in separate sealed envelopes, should be submitted in accordance with the Section 2 before 1.00 p.m. (Minsk time) on 25 April 2014.
Pre-bid conference will take place on 04 April 2014 at 4.30 p.m. at the address: Kirov str., 17, 6th floor, Republic of Belarus. All interested companies are invited to participate in the conference.
