Dear Sir/Madam,
Subject: RFP for the provision of training to 17 rural women on the installation and maintenance of solar panels.
1. You are requested to submit a proposal for consultancy services, as per enclosed Terms of Reference (TOR).
2. To enable you to submit a proposal, attached are:

iv. Proposal Submission Form …………..(Annex IV)
v. Price Schedule ……………………….(Annex V)
3. Your Proposal must be signed and stamped in all relevant places. The Financial Part and the Technical Part of the proposal MUST BE COMPLETELY SEPARATED and submitted in two separate e-mails to UN-Women Liberia secure bid e-mail address liberia.proposals@unwomen.org with subject reading: a) “Technical Proposal UNWOMEN/LIBERIA/RFP/2014/7 Solar Training” (containing the Proposal Submission Form’ Annex IV and the Technical Component of your proposal); and b) “Financial Proposal UNWOMEN/LIBERIA/RFP/2014/7 Solar Training” (containing your Price Proposal in the format provided in Annex V). If the Technical and Financial proposals are sent in the same PDF file, they will be rejected. To secure your financial offer please set up a password which will be used at later stage once the evaluation of the technical proposal is complete. The companies who achieve the minimum score will be requested to provide passwords.
Proposals must be received by UN-Women at the above e-mail address on or before April 29 2014 at hh.14.00 GTM (for local time ref, see www.greenwichmeantime.com). Any proposal received after this date will be rejected.
4. If you request additional information, we would endeavor to provide information expeditiously, but any delay in providing such information will not be considered a reason for extending the submission date of your proposal.
5. You are requested to acknowledge receipt of this letter and to indicate whether or not you intend to submit a proposal. |
