| Overview : UNDP Vietnam seeks 02 qualified firms to provide Storage Management Service for UN Agencies.
In quarter 3 2014, the United Nation (UN) entities based in Hanoi, Vietnam will move to the Green One UN House (GOUNH) - an office location on 304 Kim Ma, Ngoc Khanh, Ba Dinh, Hanoi. There will be limited space for keeping archived files and equipment pending for disposal of all UN agencies in the GOUNH. This Request for Proposal solicits proposals for storage management service provision for 11 UN entities.
The United Nations Development Programme on behalf of UN Agencies carries out a procurement exercise to solicit proposals and quotations from experienced and professional storage management service providers in Hanoi for the provision of off-site storage service as part of the UN Agencies’ records management.
Contract will be signed for one year with possible extension for maximum additional two years subject to UN Agencies’ satisfactory evaluation of the service provider’s performance.
The selection will be based on a competitive basis and will comply with UNDP procurement regulations. |
