Key responsibilities: To provide a summary and analysis of initiatives in Nepal that draw on technologies that is relevant and applicable to conflict Early Warning Early Reponse (EWER), with a particular emphasis on SMS systems for public information gathering or sharing.
Required qualification and experience: Master Degree in information and communications technology (ICT) or systems or peace and conflict studies, international development, social sciences or another relevant fields. At least 7 years of relevant experience or researching aspects of technology application to development or peacebuilding programming or to business.
