Your offer, comprising of a Technical Bid and Price Schedule, together in a sealed envelope, should be submitted in accordance with the Section 2 on or before 13.00 hours (Minsk time) on August 15, 2014.
You are kindly requested to submit an acknowledgment letter to UNDP to the following address:

The letter should be received by UNDP no later than July 21, 2014. The same letter should advise whether your company intends to submit a Bid. If that is not the case, UNDP would appreciate your indicating the reason, for our records.
A pre-Bid conference will be held on July 24, 2014 at 11.00 hours (Minsk time) at the address: UNDP Office in Belarus, 6th Floor, 17, Kirova Str., Minsk, 220050, Republic of Belarus. Equipment installation site visit: The Bidder is encouraged to visit and examine the equipment installation site in Minsk on July 24, 2014 from 14.30 to 16.00 hours (Minsk time) and obtain all information that may be necessary for preparing the Bid. Attendance of authorized prospective Bidders’ representatives is encouraged.
