| Overview : UNDP Vietnam seeks 01 qualified Senior International Expert for Comparative Study on “decriminalisation and criminalization in the process of criminal law reform”.
The research will adopt a comparative legal analysis approach to examine different approaches, principles and procedures--defining and classifying acts and/or behaviors, considering harmful (‘criminalization’) or reversely no longer harmful to the society (‘decriminalization’)-- that underpin the studied country(s)’s decision about criminalization or decriminalization.
The selection will be based on a competitive basis and will comply with UNDP procurement regulations.
