Overview : RE-ADVERTISEMENT We kindly request you to submit your Project Proposal for “Energy Efficiency activities” All relevant information related to the instructions for preparation of your proposals, guidance on application and related terms of reference is available at UNDP Kosovo web site: http://www.ks.undp.org under Operations/Procurement. Your offer, delivered in sealed envelopes, should be submitted on or before date: 19.08.2014 at 17:30h to the address below: UNDP Office Project “Support Low Emission Development” Supporting Energy Efficiency activities Grants for Civil Society Organizations Arberia Place, Zagrebi 39, 10000 Prishtinë Your Proposal must be expressed in English language and valid for a minimum period of 120 days In the course of preparing your Proposal, it shall remain your responsibility to ensure that it reaches the address above on or before the deadline. Proposals that are received by UNDP after the deadline indicated above, for whatever reason, shall not be considered for evaluation. Services proposed shall be reviewed and evaluated based on completeness and compliance of the Proposal and responsiveness with the requirements of the Call for Project Proposal and all other annexes providing details of UNDP requirements.
