| Overview : The main aim of the service is to establish a baseline of the project indicators in two sub-watersheds together with exploring potentialities and opportunities for building resilience against disaster risk and performance assessment of the community institutions. Specific objectives includes the following:
1. Establish baseline information on project indicators with a view to keep track on progress & changes and devise appropriate interventions.
2. Conduct scoping study for exploring the potential localized Payment Ecosystem Services (PES) schemes which could be institutionalize for building resilience against climatic risks.
3. Conduct performance assessment of 19 CBDRMC and about 40 FUGs based on the set criteria and indicators of the performance based grants system (PBGS).
4. Identify and prioritize potential feasible income generating activities (IGA) focusing on both product and services which could be implemented in the project sites.
The information will be used in setting the indicators and mechanism to track the progress. This will be the guiding document in monitoring achievements regarding progress made.
