Key responsibilities: To Facilitate the registration of community groups into 60 cooperatives and farmer groups and strengthen institutional capacity of cooperatives, farmer groups, youth clubs and WRFS for sustainability of LRP achievements.
Required qualification and experience: Master's degree in agriculture specializing in agricultural economics, MBA with long experience in cooperatives and agriculture development, sociology, Economics, anthropology, agronomy, forestry, or other related fields. Work experience of at least 5 years in agro-business promotion and cooperative development OR Organizational and institutional development, social mobilization, livelihood promotion and business plan preparation.
