| Overview : As an extension of the UNDP Regional Bureau for Africa, the UNDP Regional Service Center for Africa (RSCA), based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, serves UNDP’s 46 Country Offices in Africa and implements UNDP’s regional programme on the continent. It provides on-demand policy and programme advisory services to its country-based and regional clients. Critical to the RSCA’s service-centred mandate and work is an effective and efficient process of (1) establishing, prioritizing and responding to the demand of its clients in a timely and transparent manner; (2) tracking its services both quantitatively and qualitatively; and (3) generate on-time management information for continuous learning and service improvement.
