We kindly request you to submit your quotation for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FOLLOWING MEDICAL EQUIPMENTS: DIGITAL OPHTHALMOLOGIST ULTRASOUND SCANNER (ITEM 1), DIGITAL ULTRASOUND COLOR DOPPLER (ITEM 2), VIDEO COLPOSCOPY WITH INTEGRATED LED ILLUMINATION AND HD RESOLUTION (ITEM 3), INTEGRATED AUTO IMUNO-ANALYZER (ITEM 4), SPIROMETAR SA SOFTWARE I SPO2 OPCIOM (ITEM 5) AND AUTOMATICALLY TEMPERATURE CONTROLLED DRY STERILIZER (ITEM 6), as detailed in Annex I of this RFQ. When preparing your quotation, please be guided by the form attached hereto as Annex II.
